The Livernois MyCalibrator tuner offers multiple levels of improved tuning, with the 93 octane performance tune leading the way in performance. This tune is good for peak gains of 100+hp with maximum gains of over 200+hp on E30. Multi-Tune and Trans Brake features available for 20-24 models for tune changes on the fly. The Ford Explorer ST is one of the most popular vehicles to modify on the market today. However, one issue always comes to the surface when adding more power to these vehicles, and that is power robbing heatsoak caused from running higher boost levels. As is the case with all turbocharged vehicles, the cooler, and more dense you can make the air, the more power can be made! By increasing the turbo system’s cooling efficiency, without dramatically impacting pressure drop across the intercooler, we are able to give you the additional power want, when you want it. Our Intercooler Upgrade Kit will dramatically reduce your heat climb and soak issues, while being capable of supporting power levels up to 1,000HP!

New cold air intake for the 2020-2025 Ford Explorer ST and Lincoln Aviator 3.0L with oiled filters. This new intake was engineered to minimize air restriction and flow better than the stock intake. Once installed, this kit provides over 31% more airflow and a much more aggressive sound.
S&B's new snap-In lid design requires no screws to secure it to the box. This makes installation and inspection quick and easy, as the filter can be installed and removed without having to remove the intake tube. Our silicone edge trim provides a protective seal against unwanted, power-robbing engine heat and debris. This kit comes with a massive, highly-efficient air filter which results in better performance and protects your engine. This model includes our dry element air filter.
The Intake Tube has minimal bends as it connects to the turbo inlet. It is positioned in one clean line with minimum obstructions from the turbo inlet to the intake box and air filter. This results in a decrease in restriction compared to stock.

Our recommended starter pack for the Explorer ST. A tune with an intercooler offers the largest over stock horsepower return on your money. Custom tuning paired with cooler charge temps from the intercooler make a huge difference on this platform and offers 11 second quarter mile potential right off the bat. 1 performance tune and 1 tow tune in an octane of your choice is included with your purchase. 20-24 models do not require charge pipes, but can be added for additional cost. 2025+ require replacement of the charge pipes when utilizing an aftermarket intercooler. Cold side pipe comes with Turbosmart Raceport BOV included.

Livernois Motorsports Intercooler with installation. 20-24 models can add charge piping and blow off valve if desired. 25+ charge piping w/BOV is required for installation. Charge pipe color can be specified at time of scheduling (silver, black).
Tighten up your rear end, ahem, with the Livernois Differential Brace. Designed to prevent both vertical and horizontal deflection of the rear differential bushings, this brace will keep your diff right where it should be.
